My ex broke up going on a year...

my friend and her boyfriend broke up for a year dated other people and then got back together...

I know that same thing will happen with me and my ex

but she is still with her asshole boyfriend who I know is wrong for her....

So how much longer to I have to wait before she comes back to me and realizes she make a mistake?

You know no such thing. You hope. you want. You fantasize it. It means nothing. You need to move on. You can't live a fantasy- you can only waste your time in it.

... Let by gones be by gones.

My ex and I broke up for 10 months and got back together. One of the biggest mistakes of my life. Nothing changed. It was all still so dramtic, so jealous, to stupid, so immature.

We broke up, and the break up was worse than the one before.

What if that doesn't happen? How are you sure that it is? You have to consider all teh possibilities before actually predicting one thing out of all the rest.
