Bud2400 Posted at 10:00 pm on Dec. 2, 2008 Yes, it's very possible and it's happened many, many times.  And moreover, there's nothing wrong with it - it's essentially the same as falling for somebody in person.  Some people can't imagine it simply because they don't exactly communicate very well over instant messaging or on the phone, or who just simply always need their partner near them face-to-face, making a relationship based primarily on that very tough for those individuals.  The only real difference from an ordinary face-to-face relationship is the distance, which can be difficult to overcome, especially if you're only teenagers who are in no position to make any kind of move closer to the other any time in the near future.
