My recent example someone said "Maybe I should take a step back and see the bigger picture, but then what?" because it was anon the conversation ended there, thus I can't help anymore. You could copy that question, paste it into an eHelp reply, and then answer from there? That's what I've done if I've ever been in that situation. Seen other SLs doing the same thing too.
