Sometimes, eHelps get spread out over 2 or 3 pages, which causes older eHelps to be ignored, as they've been bumped from the first page.  If Support Leaders had the ability to sort eHelps by status (new, read, or already answered), that'd solve that problem.

Also, sometimes people refer back to previous eHelps, which makes it somewhat hard to see what they're talking about if they didn't include the link.  This is where the "sort by eHelp sender" would come in handy.  As for Anonymous senders, perhaps the system could keep track of which Anonymous's are which, so that the Sort by eHelp Sender wouldn't be broken by Anonymous submissions.
