Do we know what it could be? Yes. Do we know what it is? No. It could be a yeast infection, a urinary infection, a bladder infection, a rash from soap/perfume, gonorrhea, herpes, syphillis. chlamydia... . I think that if I had a concerned about a medical condition, I could find the time to go to the doctor.
