If it was proved that it causes cancer in the same way that burnt toast causes cancer (i.e. okay there might be some correlation but it's hardly enough to bother about), I wouldn't. If there was a definite, strong link (like between smoking and lung cancer), then yes. If it were possible to use some other kind of deodorant (one of the natural varieties, for example) and that would be okay, then I would switch to that rather than stopping altogether.
