| When I first started playing soccer I could hardly walk.My upper leg muscles I thought I was in shape but, not! I put hot packs on my legs at night. It took about 2 weeks. But, it seemed the more I manipulated my muscles they started to relax |

| pulled muscles are incredibley common, they heal up i a few days, agreed some of the worse ones can take much longer but a pulled muscle is nothing, just rest it. |
