| I sometimes get that this time of year. The air is drier and it seems to make spontaneous nosebleeds happen. If it's averaging more than once a week, see your doctor. It may be a sign of something else. You can also check you own blood pressure (which your Doc will do too) at many drug stores. if it's high, see your Doc. |

| you may have a cut way up in your nose where you cant see it. go buy some "Afrin" at a grocery store. it restricts the blood vessels so you stop bleeding |
