I've taken pain killers all this afternoon, its done nothing for it. I slept on my friends sofa last night which is why my neck hurts.. but I can't see what that would have to do with my stomach. Its really really painful, as pills aren't working is there anything you think I can do to try and stop it/make it more bearable?
