Okay so before school started I had a bowel deficiency because I did sports and didn't drink water . Now I drink water every single day and I'm doing another sport.Its happening again and I can only go a tiny and its hard to go. Do you think I should be concerned or is my body absorbing all the waste for energy.

Don't freak out yet. Just add more water (you should be getting at least four eight ounce glasses in a day) and add fiber (in whole grain foods, flax seed, etc.) to your diet. It should help within two weeks. If not, consult a doctor.
