Eat at least 3000kcals a day, lots of milk, cheese, meat, eggs, fish, yoghurt and also carbs like potato, pasta and rice, bread etc. Yes, if you want to be muscly and not fat, exercise will also be needed: crunches, sit ups, weights, walking, stuff like that. Swimming gives a hot body too. |
