| Midol and Tylenol PM to sleep it off as much as you can. That's what I do. |

| hot tea. no foods. maybe crackers. nothing heavyily oiled or greased. lie on your stomach to ease the cramps a bit. hope it works. |

| Ahh I've had that. The best thing is to take some painkillers, and try and sleep for a little bit, that's always helped me... If not, hot water bottle, that kinda old fashioned stuff. |
