If you still have it after a few days or if it feels serious then you should go to the Dr. girlygrl Posted at 7:44 am on Jan. 9, 2009 Possibly just post nasal drip. If it goes away by the end of the day, don't worry about it. If it does not go away, you might want to go to the doctor for a strep test. A lot of topics about any little ache and pain get tons of replies saying "go to the doctor." It's not necessary to go to the doctor for every little thing.
