So since college I have managed to put on almost a whole 2 stone (28 pounds!!).  This is not good, I've gone from being slim and small looking to kind of soft looking.
Lucky for me I'm small boned so I'm still wearing size 10/12 UK clothes but for the first time in my life I'm feeling self conscious about my naked body.

I can explain why the weights been gained...I work in an office now (that means I'm sat at a desk for 8 hours a day 5 days a week) whereas previously I've always had jobs like waitressing, sales assistant where I've been on my feet all day.  I don't exercise really (I never used to but things like theatre shows meant alot of dancing and prancing about and just general messing about with friends at college).

So, what I do have is a few fitness dvds, I like aerobics and dancing so I'm going to start doing these religiously every evening, I have a running machine aswell.  My diet is already pretty healthy but I'm going to cut cheese out (I'm a vegetarian and laziness has made me replace meat with cheese). I eat far too much pasta and rice which is not terribly bad but I probably do over do it.  I'm also going to shun chocolate...now this is going to be hard because its easter and I have loads of chocolate in my house to tempt me but I'm going to try my hardest!!.

Another incentive is my smaller clothes from last summer... I have a pair of gorgeous size 8 knee length denim shorts that I would loveeee to squeeze into again.

Okay, so I'm going to keep record of my weight, write down everything I eat and maybe take some pictures if I ever feel confident enough.

Anyone want to join me??

My goal is to get down to a perfect size 10 (with the possibilty of even fitting into my size 8 shorts) by June.
