It's easy, mix orange juice with teriyaki sauce or something similar until it turns the color of vomit (usually a dull orange) Fill your mouth with it as much as you can and head to the sink to spit it out! (while someone witnesses of course) NOTE: Your body will try to expel the liquid from your mouth, be decently close to the sink or toilet or whatever or you may end up getting some on the floor whether you like it or not. (this also makes it more realistic)
