and i have a similar problem. when i run, i can't breathe in and out in long, smooth breaths. when i breathe in its jagged, even when i try hard its like i'm taking 4 small breaths instead of 1 big one. when i actually put my hands on my chest and hold it down, it helps. Whats going on? Why does it do that? will it stop?
