By no stretch of the imagination do you have a bad life. You have a bad mentality.

just evaluate your situation, make a list of problems, come up with a list of solutions, and start working to make things better... and stay positive... life will improve... if you can't come up with any actual, specific problems, then you're probably just depressed because of a chemical imbalance, and you should see a doctor
Talk to a school counselor or an adult that you can trust. They really can help. That is how I got help, and it worked.
School won't change much, but you can make it fun! Try making a new friend, or talking to a teacher. Something to make your day exciting! The key here is optimism.
I used to be depressed, but it went away with time. I also have become more optimistic by following these steps, and I am positive that it will work for you.
If you really are feeling depressed and suicidal, then you should really see a counselor or maybe talk to an adult about your problems. They always listen and will understand.
