As I always seem to be. I won't be surprised if me e-help isn't accepted. They probably can't help anyway, it was worth trying to say more of things in the thing I sent in, but I still feel like, what can they say to me?  What advice could they have? To keep going? Even when thats all I've been doing. But the pain doesn't go away. I know posting here is ridiculous, as people will only reply to get stupid points. I just felt like I had to say this in addition to sending in my e-help.

The more I think about what upsets me, the more I realize how hopeless it is to try and fix it since it has been this way for years and it hasn't really changed much. I think that like you said 'keep going' will be some common advice because things will get better. Even though i'm sure you've heard it... and don't believe it. it will. because if you keep thinking they wont you will just have a constant circle of being upset. Take a breath.. and think about what truly upsets you. See how you can try and fix it. If you don't think you can by yourself places like this are great places to ask for advice. I think and hope things will get better for you. Raging Inferno Posted at 10:27 pm on Aug. 15, 2008 It may not be the only one, but the feeling good rarely lasts more than a day, if even that long. thathappychild Posted at 1:50 pm on Aug. 15, 2008 i'm not replying to get points. i don't have the magic words, but you have posted this kind of thing so many times and you've made it through to the times you feel less shit again. that's not meant to say there was no point you posting, or the pain wasn't that bad, i know it is, and that the slightly better times don't really seem worth it. but at least they prove that this feeling isn't the only one. if you can feel slightly better, you could at some point feel quite a bit better, you could feel actually pretty good. i don't know if there's anything in particular making this time so hard, but even if there's not, you problems can be addressed to help you get through this.
