Do you eat compulsively when you're depressed? I do...I eat a lot when I'm depressed.

Try changing that activity for another one, preferably something physical. A run or walk around the block or cutting the lawn or something like that. It's easier said, than done, but ultimately, you control your behaviour. A compulsion is difficult to resist but it can be resisted and the more you succeed at it, the easier it'll be in the future.

I'm not really sure....I think I'd probably eat more because I eat LOADS when I'm PMSing and I'm never happy then!

No I starve myself when i'm depressed. Food just makes me ill when I'm like that.
