| Try changing that activity for another one, preferably something physical. A run or walk around the block or cutting the lawn or something like that. It's easier said, than done, but ultimately, you control your behaviour. A compulsion is difficult to resist but it can be resisted and the more you succeed at it, the easier it'll be in the future. |
