I feel myself falling back into my sad, lonely, narcissistic old self as my paranoia and my lack of trust in other people has come crashing back. My "friends" have completely fucked me over and caused my digression. I hate the feeling knowing I am slipping back into that crazy state and I don't know how to stop it... Why does this have to happen to me....
