alright, this is a lot to say here, but i gotta air this one out. its been bothering me & eating at me so i need to speak on it.

if anyone in general wants to chat with me, needs advice, needs to air themselves out, inbox me, i would like to do the same. thats no prob.


im a HS senior and since the 1st day of school ive been very depressed and stressed out. a mix of the two.


im usually a dude who is always happy, smiles, has a lot of fun, doesnt worry a lot. since the start of the yr ive been the total opposite.


ive been always overthinking, ive been very stressed, ive been depressed, and it just feels like i have no where to turn to.


it seems all the thing i used in the past if this occured that helped me get over it, do not work now.

i can just go out and play a sport,
i cant just listen to music
i cant just sleep it off
i cant just not think about it
or not just chill with friends

eveyrthing just eats at me


it seems i got nowhere to turn to.


i dont show it, but its there.


the thing is, even if its just somethign simple, itll get me upset or angry or sad.  everythign lately.

i can go from being in an ok mood to just PO'd by the end of the day.


there is also a girl who im friends with, who i like more than a friend, but can settle for just being friends. shes a friend of mine and im not sure if she ties into this. i think she does, but not fully.


with her, i always liek talking to her, but i overanalyze things and it puts me in a stressed mood.

i got a lot of thoughts about her running through my midn so i know it doesnt help....just hurts.


so i know hse is involed in this....but it starts there and everything else just pile son top.

please, any advice would help, i knwo some go through this like me so help me out if u can.

AND IT U FEEL THE SAME OR HAVE ADVICE OR JUST WANNA TALK....FEEL FREE TO MSG ME....I DONT MIND CHATTING ABOUT THIS TO SOME1 1ON1.....I JUST NEED TO TALK TO SOMEONE ABOUT THIS MAYBE THEY CAN HELP.

I know it sounds really cliche but seriously just try it for a while... I wake up everymorning and tell myself that today is going to be a great day and nobody or anything is going to ruin that.

It never hurts to start your day off in a positive mood.  A lot of other factors influence your mood as well.  Do you get enough sleep?  Have you changed your eating habits? Stopped hanging out with certain friends?  

I don't know how to more clearly state that you just need to stop taking things so seriously and lay back a bit.  I know it's not as easy as just "doing it" but with time and persistence you can.  You know what makes you mad, so pay attention to the stimulus.  If you start to feel your day going sour stop doing whatever you're doing or recognize that it's going bad and do something, take a break, get a snack, talk to a friend, and get it back on the right track.

If you want someone to talk to i'll be around, hopefully.

Keep your mind occupied, and keep it doing things. I'm a classic for overthinking. I divert it in a positive manner by doing hobbies and other pasttimes. I recently took up fencing.

But you do what you want to do, whenever you can.
