I have this friend called Becky, who has been through the same experience of depression like me, and I feel like she's the only one who can understand. We've never talked about this face to face, and just by e-mail (this was March time). She knows that, at the moment, I'm feeling crappy, but as I haven't mentioned anything else about the depression, she doesn't know that it's that kind of crap.
Should I just e-mail her telling her everything? Or remain bottled up. I feel so weak.

Really, it's up to you. Do you want to keep your depression locked up, allowing it to get worse, or would you rather tell someone you can trust and get it off of your chest. Depression is a lot of baggage and maybe you'll feel somewhat better if you open yourself up to someone else.
