I have this friend called Becky, who has been through the same experience of depression like me, and I feel like she's the only one who can understand. We've never talked about this face to face, and just by e-mail (this was March time). She knows that, at the moment, I'm feeling crappy, but as I haven't mentioned anything else about the depression, she doesn't know that it's that kind of crap.
Should I just e-mail her telling her everything? Or remain bottled up. I feel so weak.
