when i get stressed i get quite depressed, I've cried a few times to day for the littlest reasons.I'm having nightmares which only happens when I'm stressed. i started a class an I'm so behind in it, its too hard and don't know enough about the subject an i cant go on a more basic course. but i don't want to drop out... my boyfriends upset because I'm busy doing the course n have less time for him which just makes me more stressed, so the time i do have with him we spend both a bit upset. i want to fix this but i don't know how

Well you crying over little things is just because that big school problem is getting to you. It being really hard for you isn't really a bad thing, it's going to challenge you and make you stronger in that subject by the end. Don't even try to drop out. Talk to your teacher and see if he can give you any extra help or if he has ideas for a student tutor. They're cheaper and explain things better.
Hope that helped,
