I have scars on my legs, arms, and stomach. I've had enough. I actually haven't cut in over a month, and before that it had been many months. My problem is that it still crosses my mind. I did it for four years, so I know I can't just put it down and forget. But, fuck, I'm tired of it! I saw a girl who had scars on her arm, then one day gauze, and it's so fucking triggering. Every time I see her I want to be like "So, how did you get away with that living in the dorms and all?"

You have not the slightest idea what it's like. Cutting yourself once or twice because your boyfriend broke up with you or mommy told you to clean your room doesn't mean you know what it's like to be ADDICTED. There's a fucking difference.
