We were learning about drugs, and what they do to your mind and body. It hurts to talk about because I had to experience it first hand when my mom was addicted to drugs. Then, we watched this video, and at the end, the girl died of a drug OD. I lost it then, because my own mother died of an OD. I feel so stupid. I had to be excused to go to the bathroom, just so I could calm down.

In fact, I'm sure your health teacher would be a great person to talk to about the whole thing, if you still feel you need to talk about it.
