I've been so friggen emotional these last two days. I've been crying over everything and anything. I don't know whats wrong :(
I started listening to music, and was listening to "Better In Time" by Leona Lewis. And that made my cry even more. Nothing is helping.
I'm usually never like this. If anything, I am the complete opposite. I like never cry, so this is really weird for me.
Talking to people doesn't help, talking to my bf doesn't work...I don't know what to do. :(

I know about what you feel, well I know it's been a whole day but, how are you feeling right now?
How old are you by the way? Because in our teenage years or even later some of us go through these sad times.
Is crying letting anything out? Usually when I do cry I feel like I've just gotten rid of some bad energy I had.
Why doesn't talking to anyone work? If there is anything sad that happened, usually the way to not think about it that much is communicating. I mean I can't think of any other way right now.
Good luck, I hope everything works out for you SOON!

Have you considered that the way you feel now might have something to do with your... eating habits?

Drinking LOTS of water, maintaining high enough blood sugar, and eating little things like dark chocolate every now and then do wonders for improving mood.

"eating habits" is just fuckin rude you should be more considerate with ur woring man....but i understan what ur getting at im just not sure she does.(ansewer to post) look babe im sure that its something very emotion al that is just trying let itself out....

What about my post was out of line?

It's a known fact that blood sugar levels drastically effect your mood. When you haven't eaten anything in a while, you get irritable, snappy, depressed.

I just assumed something might be off about her eating habits because people don't usually think of that when they're feeling down. It JUST SO HAPPENED that she actually is indeed on a diet. So please, don't bash other peoples advice, especially when the advice is coming from an educated position.

When I started taking birth control, I felt just like that for 1-2months straight it was insane! Are you on birth control? Hormones tend to do this.. or even that time of the month
fRaNbAiLeY Posted at 7:10 am on Oct. 30, 2008
Is it the time of the month?? Because your hormones go crazy around then and that could explain things. Wait it out, and don't get mad at yourself for feeling this, you can't help it.
