just go on google and type in symptomes and depression...we all have depression as teens...either suck it up or go see someone to give you meds that will change your whole personality...your choice

Changes in eating and sleeping habits
Restlessness and agitation

Depression takes time to heal...

What I normally do is listen to music or tell someone how I feel. It works!
