| just go on google and type in symptomes and depression...we all have depression as teens...either suck it up or go see someone to give you meds that will change your whole personality...your choice |

thats a terrible assumption. http://www.helpguide.org/mental/depression_teen.htm about half way down the page on this site there is a bulletpoint list smilygirl. you should read the whole page though, becuase it gives a lot of useful information. |

Sadness or hopelessness Irritability, anger, or hostility Tearfulness or frequent crying Withdrawal from friends and family Loss of interest in activities Changes in eating and sleeping habits Restlessness and agitation Feelings of worthlessness and guilt Lack of enthusiasm and motivation Fatigue or lack of energy Difficulty concentrating Thoughts of death or suicide thats what i found online. hope it helps |

| Depression takes time to heal... What I normally do is listen to music or tell someone how I feel. It works! |
