You can make the damage less if you treat it now. Run some cool water over it (your skin may still be being burned from the residual effects). Do this for about 10/20 minutes/until it feels better. Depending on how bad it is, it might also be a good idea to get it treated at a clinic or hospital (if it's bad). Don't worry about the therapist yet. Cross that bridge when you come to it.
