Maybe you should stop being so selfish and just let them go or If someone is really suicidal, why don't you stop being so selfish and HELP them? Theres a difference between people who just want attention, and suicidal people, wait no theres not. Well, maybe. All I know is that, I want someone to care about me. I want someone to help me. But theres no one here for me. Ive tired to get help from people, but really, I don't think I can. It doesn't help. All I really wanna do is die. I'm depressed and alone. Everyday all I really want to do is die. But I'm not gonna die. I'm going to stay here and suffer with the rest of you, cause I believe there is something for me, I just haven't found it. But I will keep looking, even though I feel like I just can't do it anymore, I will.

Anyways, all I'm saying is this, Its not right to judge people based on what they say or whatever because everyone is different. You have no idea whats going on in their head, what they have been through, Who they live with, If they have anyone that gives a fuck about them. You just don't know.

What do you think?

you know, i deal with mental illness at home(the girlfriend) and on a professional level...people who attempt suicide irritate me to no end. There are options and these people are aware, however they just need to get as many people as they can involved. And for me at work, it is a total inconvenience. What gets me is when people want to talk about it, perhaps its the field i work in, but i don't really care whats bothering a person, the 20 minutes im spending with them is not going to bring them to some higher level of understanding or make them feel better.

I agree but I also think that there will always be jerks and it is important to tune them out as much as possible before it leads to something worse.

I think that no one has the right to comment about mental illnesses unless they've had them, know someone close who has, or is a professional. Otherwise you really don't have a clue what it's like.

I agree with some of this.
There was never anyone there for me at my lowest point.

I think that you shouldn't expect people on a Teen Forum to always be understanding...

However, if you need to talk, PM me- I've been (and am again) there.
