I also strive to be a good guy and I am. I've been told on many occasions that I'm a gentleman and "such a nice". Somehow I thought I would be liked for this...I am in the general since, but not so much when it comes to romance. I'm either never given a chance or I'm crushed. All for the sake of being with anybody else it seems. In addition, I've noticed people don't seem to take me seriously. I'm not passive by any means, if people start crap with me I stand my ground. For crying out loud I'm a black belt, cage fighter, and in the army! Still, people choose to leave me out of serious situations. What's the point of being a good guy if all you get is shit?

Im pretty damn nice but im also shy, low self esteem and all that good stuff XD so yeah only you can be your "own" worst enemy dont worry theres someone for you always...just depends how long you wanna wait XD sometimes how much you wanna settle aswell I have girls who liked me but i didnt want them cause i wasnt really attracted to them so i cant really talk shit XD Helios Posted at 11:19 pm on Dec. 2, 2008 I was raised the same way and sometimes it can be hard, but even if it doesnt seem that way, you being nice and polite will one day get you that special someone. Some girls like bad guys or trouble makers and these are obviously not the kind of girl you want. One day you will find someone that appreciates that way of thinking and will reward you for it.
