Does anyone know of a site on the internet that gives free but reliable therapy/peer groups that help people that self-injure and/or feel depressed a lot and/or are suicidal at times?

I can't tell my mom about it therefore I can't go to a psychiatrist for it to get therapy.

Help anyone?

Thank you lots

I had a really rough time I just got through about 2 weeks back.  I felt like shit for a month going in and out of depressions every other day.

Worst was when I got the suicidal thoughts and started taking pain killers constantly..

Some friends talked to me and pulled me out of it.

PM me if you want.. I could try to offer the same help?
