Things may be bad at this point of your life, but does that mean that they are going to stay that way? Killing or harming yourself would bring greif upon your familiy and thouse close to you. To me, it doesn't really matter whether you technically fit the definition for 'depressed', it's just your feelings and reasons for feeling whatever way you do that matters.
