My friends have been telling me about how negative i am, well just one of my friends. he said that i never say anything positive. i never noticed it. well, i realized it's because i think if i say something positive i'm going to regret it later like: "i really like that guy or i made a new friend today" then later on i'll regret even saying stuff like that.

If its just one friend maybe you arent the one who is negative maybe they are...though if you always think that you will regret saying something positive that might be a clue. We all regret things that we say whether they be positive or negative. If you feel he may be right just try and look on the positive side of everything you can.

WTF some of these comments are awful - just be yourself!

I have a couple friends like that. It's hard to be around negativity. Think about all the good things. Every time you're about to say something negative, think about a positive in it and say that instead - or at the least, say it after the negative thing.

Well, you just need to stop being negative and regretful. That's all that you can do; it's your own will-power.

Don't think about it, just say it.
