I think you should try talking to them and tell them what you just told us. Sit down and talk to them without any other distractions so that they are solely focused on the situation. Try to think what exactly you're going to tell them before you do so and also think about the way you're going to talk to them because the results of what happens will depend on that as well. Try not to get angry or yell because this usually causes the other person to yell and then you end up having a huge yelling contest that does not lead to anything. That's why I say try to practice what you're going to tell them. I think that would be the best thing to do, to simply talk to them and see what happens. You also have to consider that perhaps they look at the situation differently. They might not think that they're doing anything wrong and perhaps not only are they doing something wrong but maybe you yourself are doing something wrong. Try to look at this as if you weren't involved and see if you can find anything that you are doing wrong. If you find something you should try to mention it to them when you talk to them so that it makes things a bit more balanced and also say the way you plan to change what you're doing wrong. I'm not saying that you're evil or that you're always wrong, I'm just saying that sometimes it's just their fault but also ours. If you feel like you can't speak to them about it them you should try to hint things by actions. For example: you could try to act with more kindness towards them because if that's what you give then that's what you will most likely receive. Do you think you could do that? Just slight changes of kindness towards them will hint to them that you have changed a bit and that you also want them to change. There's nothing like doing it by actions, but what would be better is to do it by actions but also by talking to them.
