I've never had urges or cravings to cut until recently. I know I need to avoid these thoughts but I'm seriously scared that they might get out of hand. The biggest trigger is reading about other people who cut here on LW, but I don't know how to avoid them...I've seriously tried. Please don't make me go down this road again.
