I am starting to notice that I have mood swings. One moment I am fine and the next I am just like " "

Like for example about 10 minutes ago I was normal and a little cheerful. Now I feel sad and I kind of know why but then again I don't. Sometimes I don't know at all. At times I feel like pouring tears. Like one time I was on the computer like I am now. I was just typing normally and by the time I knew it I felt depressed and wanted to cry for no reason. Right now I am feeling sad, and I might snap out of it but it ends up happening again. Sometimes things trigger it. like for example If I remember my parents arguing from 4 weeks ago I get sad because I know there are problems between them. Or if I know I have to hurry up and get the books for my summer reading project I get sad? I don't know why.........
