It wasn't vehicular manslaughter so I say 8 months was fair. There was no intent to crash. Yea, car wrecks suck but they happen. Nick is an asshole and he deserves to be in jail for much longer than a few months for what he did, but because he's a minor celebrity he thinks he can get off the hook easy. This is NOT justice.
