O rly? Thanks I've never heard of Wikipedia! Honestly I was just trying to scare you guys, I know what it does. It gonna take a piccy of a plausible big bang. |

Do you know how probable it is for that machine to create a black hole? I don't remember ever finding out and I don't know where to look
VERY. But i doubt it will lead to our death.
The idea that it creating a black hole wouldn't lead to our death is retarded.
LAUGHABLE! Even if a mini black hole was created, then it would radiate most of its energy away in no time at all. Fact is, black holes do radiate and the smaller the black hole the shorter its lifespan in the case of the LHC this would be in virtually no time at all, as we are talking sub atomic sizes. The whole experiment is perfectly safe, what is wrong with people?
The experiment is safe but a black hole would EAT US! |

The collisions aren't planned to take place until around October!!! Oh, the deception.
Awww, really? Where's your source?

Wikipedia says "According to the standard calculations these are harmless because they would quickly decay by Hawking radiation." about micro black holes which it might produce. But I dunno how accurate that is because it lacks citation. |

| LOL @ THIS: "other more dangerous particles will also be produced for which searches are planned, such as black holes, and never seen before particles of matter, and even now, the architects of what is being termed a "Doomsday" machine, the U.S. Department of Energy, Fermilab, the National Science Foundation and CERN are being sued in federal court over fears that this experiment may in fact destroy the planet. Also our old friend Nostradamus' words ring from the grave with this grim prediction: Nostradamus quatrain 9 44: Leave, leave Geneva every last one of you, Saturn will be converted from gold to iron, "Raypoz" will exterminate all who oppose him, Before the coming the sky will show signs. Did Nostradamus predict the Large Hadron Collider? Will the Earth disappear into a black hole of its own making? " |
