OMG and we aren't like even in a war right now where we could use information gained from torture. If for instance, you were born on a military base in Iraq, you'd be considered to have been born on American soil. Anything our troops DO must fall under the geneva conventions, and the rule of our own law, regardless of where they are they are american soldiers and therefore subject to follow the rules of habeus corpus regardless. The justice system agrees with me.
