Basically, the student was doing a project on human sexuality and stumbled upon pornographic photo's of their teacher. The school has now fired the teacher and is suing her. How is that even fair? First of all, it's illegal to bring up someone's sexually history in court and second, if she isn't promoting that lifestyle to the students, and it's in her past, what harm is she doing?
