So now I feel sick and alone.

What do you have?   I have an incurable disease, too. It's not so bad, and there is treatment, but when I was first diagnosed, people close to me didn't want to deal with me being sick. They either thought I was faking, or it was no big deal because I always sick anyway. Try to keep yourself as healthy as possible, and either find others who have the same thing as you, or new friends that won't abandon you when you really need them.
