Theres really isnt anything to keep me here. For the longest time I have been living to make other people happy. But Im sick of making other people happy while getting nothing in return. Every chance I take that can possibly make me happy only ends up in more misery. I want to live for my self, but everything i do proves to be in vain. Theres just nothing left to believe in, everything in this world seems to be made to be against me. Theres only one way to stop it and that is to disappear forever.

Your solution is a long-term solution, to a short problem. It fixes nothing. Trust me when I say- things will get better. I understand we all have our predicaments, but hey thats LIFE!  Why not try to focus more on what makes you happy? Do you have a parent or a guardian or someone you can trust to go to for your problems..just to talk through it. I find that has helped me out a lot in my own experiences. As soon as I was 18 and able to do something for myself, I made the mistake of moving in with my boyfriend...then I moved 4 hours away with him...leaving all my friends and family behind. I wanted to be with him so I moved sicne he was. I have done nothing but try my hardest to make him happy, and my family is very unhappy with me moving away so I have to try to make them happy too. The thing is...I"M NOT HAPPY. I want to leave and go back home or go somewhere where I can do something for myself and be someone. I don;t have the heart to hurt him so I have been more worried about making him happy them myself. It's killing me, but that's how I've always been. When I get the nerve I'm going to be me and do what I want...and that's what you need to do. You'll eventually find a way to please yourself! sluna85 Posted at 2:42 pm on June 23, 2006 You say you want to do more for yourself, what would killing yourself do for you?  Do you know what lies ahead after death?  I sure don't.  What if it is nothing?  Then you would be gone, that would be it.  There would be no dreaming of flying through space, no watching your love ones get one with there lifes, that would be it.  You say everything keep's f-ing up for you, and I understand that, almost everyone here does.  You talk about doing for others, well dosn't that mean you have people you love that you do for?  Do you not have anyone who loves you back?  Maybe you just don't realise it.  The best advice I can give you is a quote, "For every mistake you make be gratful, for that mistake you'll never make again."  The fact that your talking to us means you have some doubt about killing yourself, so obviously killing yourself would be a mistake.  Thinks can get worse, but they can get better too.
