my little sister's pregnant and she's really stressed out and it's really starting to get to her.
she's really stressed out and hormonal. i don't know what do do or say to her to help her out.
she's having a hard time focusing on anything. just today she hit the guard rail on the side of the road when she was driving.
she's stressed herself out to the point that i think that she's going to have a miscarriage. i want to talk to her, but i don't know what to say. i don't want to upset her or make her cry, but she needs to understand that she has to calm down!!!

Just tell her the truth that you love her dearly and want the best for her and can see that she is really stressed and your worried its hurting her. Just let her know your their for her. Maybe even actively try to help her relax watch a movie together, go for a walk. It all depends on your relationship and what it is thats got her stressed. Good luck.

she's eighteen. our parents know. they have been really supportive. everyone has. she doesn't want a whole bunch of people knowing yet, so we've all kept it to ourselves... we're letting her tell people when she's comfortable with it. she has no interest that i know of in having a relationship other than friendship with the father.
she is a little worried about being a bad mom, but she's got so many people in her life who are practically throwing themsleves at her for the opportunity to help.
she has options, i think she's just hormonal. i don't even know what to say to her!

well you need to ask yourself why shes so upset. is it because she is scared about being a bad mother? is it because she doesn't want the child and feels like she has to keep? is it because she wants to be with the friend who she was just sleeping with? do your parents know shes pregnant? have they reacted badly? is it because she feels alone? is it just because she doesn't have anyone to talk to?

if you find out why shes upset then you will be more likely to help her.

she's my sister and we're very close.
she was never with they guy to start with.
they were friends with benefits. they are still good friends and plan to raise the child together.
i don't really feel comfortable talking to the guy about it because i don't know him very well.
i have no problem telling her to her face, i just want to word it in a way that doesn't sound mean... i don't want to hurt her feelings... i just want her to calm down so that she doesn't hurt herself or the baby with all the stress.
