CR          670 Math       720 Writing    740 I started crying because I didn't finish my essay, so I fudged that and then kind of screwed two other sections because I was trying to calm down. I think my scores are still satisfactory though, right?

I wouldn't worry. Take them again, but if you feel like stopping with SATS and focusing on the subejct tests you might still have, you've done well and should be proud. Your combined score is over 2100. You don't even need to bother taking them over really, unless you're applying to somewhere super fancy.
