I really don't care if I have to do a year here, but I want to apply to a few universities out of state for the the Spring. BUT, how likely is that to happen? When is the best time to apply if I'm interested in doing so? Also, because I won't get my grades in my classes till after they're over, what do the schools look at? Just back to your high school transcript and ACT/SAT scores?

You can call up any of the universities (or email them; it should be on their homepage) and ask how that would all work out. All 3 previous replies displayed.
