I was ONLY asked for unweighted gps when I applied to schools.
If you don't mind, what schools did you apply to?
Mostly UC's (University of California) and Cal States. |

| I was only asked for unweighted GPA's. Not every school offers the opportunity to take AP classes so it would be unfair not to look at your unweighted. |

| My high school was completely unweighted and I was never asked once about weighted or unweighted GPA scores. Of course that may depend on different states and such... |

they shouldnt. bc the things u do in honors classes and AP other students would never be able to handle. So it wouldnt be fair to compare your unweighted average which could be lower than people who r in regular classes . its completely different curiculum. at least in my school it is. im in honors too |

My school doesn't give us any extra points for AP classes. I'm afraid I don't know the answer to your question though. I'm sure it varies from college to college. |

| They might, but weighted is there for a reason. |
