So at my University, which I'm starting in September, there are lots of sports clubs.

I haven't played a sport in 2 years. My reserve army stuff got me back into the idea of joining one, or a few actually.

I used to play for a rugby team, I was a winger. But I was throwing the ball with my 10 year old brother who's really good at sports, and hes been playing rugby for 4 years. My throws were fine and catches were good, but just throwing the ball made me think that Ive sort of forgotten how rugby works. As in how to think the sport - whens a good time to run with the ball, to pass it, etc. My drop kicks were bad. I might go to try outs for the 3 teams.

I'm also looking at starting some new sports, I know the basics of boxing. I'm looking at joining fencing, hockey, shooting, American football and one or two others.

I used to be great at sports, particularly football when I was younger. I got crap at football when I started losing interest and pretty much everyone else overtook me. So on a skill level now I'm rock bottom.

But yeah, anything to worry about with the sports?

When you start University, there'll be hundreds of people in the same position as you, don't worry. It's a great time to start new sports or to take up sports you've not played in years. There'll be people better and worse than you, but it's about making friends, having fun and bonding.

I wouldn't say any.  Just do what you feel you can.
