How would I find a group for this or what is all of this (mainly the flips) considered as far as gymnastics goes, and do they have classes or something for that stuff or do I need a trainer?

Yeah, you won't be doing any of these for many years. I's recommend you start taking gymnastics lessons at a local gym before starting parkour. i'm capable of pulling off half of the things in that video... my main problem is backflips and back hand springs due to lack of a place to practice

If you live in a big city im sure you can find a group to train with. I remember a site that gave some info on this but I cant find it now. Ill post it when I can.
